“My 86 yr old father-in-law attempted to help me with installation of a bidet in a tight space and thought he broke the connection. I felt terrible because he was so exhausted. :( I hit up Raptor on Thumbtack after looking at reviews on Nextdoor and they quickly responded and sent the nicest guy, Roy, the next morning. Roy found it was a faulty part (which made my FIL feel better). He handled it in minutes with a smile and didn’t charge us! Like what?? So rare. We will be using this company from now on.”

“They helped replacing our water heater. They were responsive and ready to troubleshoot when the water heating was taking time the first time the heater was turned on”

“Cleaned out the clog and also checked sink & toilet water flow to ensure no other issues. Very thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“I reached out to Robert The Plumber and within just a few hours I had a new water heater installed. Super fast service and nice guys!”

“Came out the next day and installed the water heater in my rental.”

“Mike K was my tech, he was very polite and professional and did a great job for the garbage disposal install. Did a clean job and was very helpful. The company's services are a great value.”
