“Today I had my basement waterproof. It went extremely well! The guys arrived as scheduled promptly and ready to work. They took care of my basement as if it was their own. My furniture was covered, and they cleaned up to the point that I did not have much to clean. This is the epitome of customer service.Megan, thank you for our initial phone conversation regarding the water proofing process. Your voice was very pleasant and you were quite knowledgeable.Polo, thank you for coming out in the beginning and talking to me about the work and taking pictures to assess the work. The initial call with Megan and Polo really helped me decide on what company to use. Overall, a special thank you to Megan, Polo, Rodrigo, and the rest of the team who helped with making this an impeccable experience.I am very pleased!!!”

“Great service. Clearly explained the issue during the inspection and how they would repair with lifetime warranty. ”

“They installed 4 helical piers to fix the foundation issue (we have a brick home, so they took extra care with this) we also had them waterproof our crawl and install a new sump pump with a battery back up system. My walls a straight, my crawl no longer has the nasty moldy scent, and is now dry and is even able to be used for extra storage. The price for all of this work was even a little lower then some other companies we had consulted with which made it possible for us to be able to fix all the issues going on instead of picking and choosing which one was more important. What made our decision however was the experience, knowledge of the inspector and even the girls in the office when I called to book the appointment. Definitely a top notch company that takes care of their customers. We are so happy with everything. THANK YOU Foundation Restoration, you guys are amazing.”

“Drew was great to work with, so nice and super helpful: he even gave me tips on what I could repair myself next time! Highly recommend.”
