“I don’t think I could say enough good things about LaShay as a yoga instructor and honestly just as a human being! She is so incredibly supportive for wherever you are in your journey. LaShay does such an incredible job at making it feel non-intimidating regardless of your skill level. She is so incredibly encouraging and can make anyone feel good about themselves. I felt so taken care of the entire time, physically and emotionally! Seriously I don’t think you could find a better yoga instructor. It’s not just about the poses. It’s about what the practice means for you personally. She does such a good job at helping you find that personal connection point because let’s be honest, it’s more about aesthetics. It’s healing at a fundamental level.”
