He would not go forward before he make sure that they can do whatever he have them drilled on before. He kept the kids interested and made sure they are doing well in the class. He was treating them very respectfully so they felt good about it. And about themselves. In one hour, he got a lot accomplished I was very happy and the kids were very pleased with their progress. Not only did he teach tools, some of which I am already beginning to incorporate, into my daily life, but he set the stage for all of the participants to come together as equals and share our own wisdom, humor and love with each other in a way that will be remembered for years to come. He doesn't walk around with a clipboard and paper, he acctually remembers what weights you are on last, etc. He keeps everything flowing in the gym. No waiting for someone to get off a machine who is just wasting time. When you walk into this place you are greeted by his other clients with a friendly good morning or hello. I never got that at the bigger gyms, unless they were paid to work the front desk and say good morning. The people at coach's studio are all ages with a welcoming and happy to be there additude. Don't know what I'd do without a place like this.”
