“I can not say enough great things about Jennifer as a nutrition coach. She is patient and listens to your concerns and understands the struggle with weight loss and will work with you to help you understand the many factors that affect your weight. I will be recommending to all my family and friends!”

“She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly intentional with her coaching. She has a way of making you feel comfortable while still pushing you to work harder than you thought you could. I appreciate trainers who lead with both confidence and kindness, and Arianna does exactly that. Her workouts are challenging, purposeful, and effective. I left feeling stronger, accomplished, and excited to come back. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her clients and brings positive energy to every session, I highly recommend her.”

“Outstanding dedication and knowledge! Just love her❤️”

“Claire's coaching has turned my life around. Not only is it that she knows when to give you tough love but she also knows when it's something beyond just dieting and exercise. Honestly I've seen tremendous results with her more than I have with any other trainer that I've had in the past you would be stupid if you did not choose her.”

“Nickol is the connected me with my soul. I felt so lost in life, I had no energy or motivation to do anything, I left stuck. After the first session I it’s like I felt alive again, it’s indescribable. After a month of weekly sessions I realized my purpose in life and now I am full of energy and creativity started flowing through me. She brought me back to life. Thank you.”

“Cheryl is an incredible coach who has been guiding me on my journey to complete wellness. She has helped me to build custom nutritional and lifestyle plans that allow me to remain physically and mentally active at age 65! Working with Cheryl is one of the best commitments that I have made to ensure my continuing health and overall well-being. I highly recommend Beach Life Health and Wellness!”
