“Her gentle guidance and encouragement have motivated me to push past my limits and achieve new levels of mindfulness and well-being. I am so grateful to have found Sasha and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate yoga instructor. “Claire's coaching has turned my life around. Not only is it that she knows when to give you tough love but she also knows when it's something beyond just dieting and exercise. Honestly I've seen tremendous results with her more than I have with any other trainer that I've had in the past you would be stupid if you did not choose her.”

“Nickol is the connected me with my soul. I felt so lost in life, I had no energy or motivation to do anything, I left stuck. After the first session I it’s like I felt alive again, it’s indescribable. After a month of weekly sessions I realized my purpose in life and now I am full of energy and creativity started flowing through me. She brought me back to life. Thank you.”
