“What sets him apart isn’t just his expertise; it’s his genuine commitment to his clients’ success and well-being. From the start, Victor has been incredibly proactive. He regularly reaches out to check in on my progress and how my body is reacting to our sessions, which has kept me accountable and supported even outside our sessions. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Safety is clearly a top priority for him. He carefully monitors form and intensity to ensure I never push myself to the point of injury. He emphasizes sustainable progress over shortcuts, which has allowed me to grow stronger without setbacks. Most impressively, Victor truly knows his craft—both in practice and in theory. He doesn’t just tell you what to do; he explains why you’re doing each exercise, how it benefits the body, and what muscle groups are engaged. This educational approach has helped me understand my own training and stay motivated. On top of all that, he’s highly responsive over text—whether I have a form question, need a program adjustment, or want to touch base about goals. His communication was timely and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. If you’re looking for a trainer who combines knowledge, care, accountability, and clear communication, Victor is THE CHOICE.”

“He is serious about the work and most importantly my safety and health since I have Ezcema”

“Terry’s expert coaching was enlightening in many aspects. The comprehensive material regarding nutrition, physical fitness, and general health aided in my approach to sustainable goals of weight loss, levels of fitness, and food planning. The tools of Tapping and additional recordings will be lifelong references used to stay on my thriving path. The weekly group gatherings became a friendly atmosphere whereby we could draw strength from one another, sharing our successes and difficulties. During our meetings, Terry took the time to discuss the progress of each individual with positivity, offering suggestions to find optimal methods toward end expectations. Anyone who has experienced other popular programs without significant long-lasting accomplishments will find TLC very beneficial. You will discover that the time and effort were very helpful and worthwhile. I’m now encouraged and motivated by the many compliments from family and friends and will continue using the introduced practices for mind and body. I thank Terry for her sincere support throughout the process, and my wardrobe is thankful, too.”
