“, but after training in kick boxing, boxing, and jiu-jitsu, I started to become more confident in myself, especially when you have a great instructor/coach like Andrew, who is caring and patient. Highly recommend to someone who is just starting or looking to advance their fighting skills.”

“Eman is an excellent trainer and no nonsense professional. She is a motivator and coach who will push you to be your best with patience and charm. ”

“It didnt feel rushed or overly technical, more intuitive and attentive. She gives a lot of insights into your patterns and also coaches you on how to work on those.I would definitely go back and recommend her to anyone looking for a more holistic approach.”

“but after searching for equipment , I knew I was in trouble on my own , it wasnt going to work , and an online coach wouldn't work for me either. like I said , I never thought I would go to a big gym, let alone get a personal trainer. somehow thumbtack popped up , it may have been on facebook , or during my Google searches. so I posted on thumbtack I was looking for a personal trainer to help me, I posted that I was way overweight , and I wanted to lose it and work towards getting in shape, by improving my fitness and work towards abdominals , chest and arms , just all of it. I cant believe I posted that but I did. James messaged me and said he would like to work with me , and that he could help me. what I cant believe, is I walked through the door a few days later yup! had a great consultation with James and a light workout to see what I could do . he explained along the way what he was doing and what I was to do in the light workout, and if I got tired or couldnt finish we would stop . he is good he knows how to make you at home and confident , and with me that's a challenge. I signed with James and I'm starting this week 8-19-25 . once he gets me to the point of losing weight as he is also a certified nutrition coach , and works out a fitness plan for me , I might even agree to post some pictures of working towards my goal with his help of getting me towards being in my best shape possible . I highly recommend James , he is great ! he knows just the right training methods to help gain confidence and keep you motivated. if you need that kind of help he is the one. I lacked both confidence and motivation , after my first full workout session , I was hooked I LOVE it ! I'm starting to gain confidence too ! thats what a great trainer does , you don't regret it if you go with James . thank you James ! I need all the help I can get eddie kuiken”

“I highly recommend Veronica and Aloha Health and Wellness to anyone who wants to improve their outlook on life and obtain more happiness! Peace and Love!”

“Our experience with Mercedes was OUTSTANDING. I direct an after school program, and Mercedes came to lead a cooking activity with our children. She helped the kids learn how to make three different foods out of an easy-to-make dough. It was by far our kids favorite activity this school year. Mercedes was easy to work with, and she did a fantastic job teaching and engaging with our kids (which is no easy task - they are quite talkative and energetic). I would highly recommend working with her. We can't wait to have her with us again!”
