“I have been training with Coach Eric for awhile. He’s been helping me get comfortable with swimming and training me for my 70.3.”

“I highly recommend working with her, you will not regret it.”

“Very informative!! After the course I felt like I was equipped and trained adequately to save lives! Thank you so much!!”

“Courtney is an outstanding wellness coach!! She has a gift of taking unfamiliar concepts, (nutrition, movement, mindset, habit-building/breaking) and breaks it down into a clear, practical steps that you can apply going forward. With every session, I leave with tidbits of information - small shifts that would create momentum like a domino effect! Another thing I appreciate is how observant she is. Courtney's pattern recognition is next level - the accountability yet compassion is an unmatched duo haha! You can tell she’s paying high attention. From your wins, your challenges, your lifestyle, even what you enjoy... she notates it! The plan feels curated instead of generic! If you’re willing to show up and do the work, her coaching pays off in a way that’s measurable: more consistency, more confidence, and real, lasting change. A true luxury! Motivation aside, she helps you create systems that make progress more sustainable as well! I cannot emphasize this more, but her meaningful questions make you ponder... "Is this going to aid or push back my long-term goals?" If I was to conclude on a short note: go with BareTherapi if you are ready for a true change!”
