“I would choose more than 5 stars if I could because Princess of Royalty Yoga is amazing. She explains the benefits of Yoga while teaching the different positions. Extremely patient and such a warm personality with an amazing spirit that is a joy to be around. She also managed to convince my husband about the benefits of yoga and now he’s a fan.”

“The classes are challenging yet very well thought out. Tungi does an amazing job modifying movements for each person so everyone is getting through the workout he planned! This gym not only is amazing physically but mentally also. Everyone is so friendly and motivating to one another. We are like family now and push eachother to achieving our goals! The new space is so amazing and has really brought a new level of what a gym should be! Cant wait to see what else Tungi and his trainers come up with for us now! Ill be a client for a long time!”

“I am definitely noticing positive changes in my life and physical well-being.”

“Menopause and the stress of full time caregiver was wrecking havoc on my health. I was skeptical how someone who hadn’t experienced menopause was going to help this woman in her 60s. Three years later and I’m still going strong , Sunout Workout, has been life changing. I feel healthier, stronger and so much more knowledgeable on my nutrition plan. I recently had surgery and was on bed rest for 6 weeks. I’m starting back to my program and fully confident that I will return to pre surgery fitness in no time. One of the most remarkable things I noticed during my recovery was my knowledge and understanding of portions and what my body needed to eat to maintain my weight while recovering. I’m proof of trusting the process, no matter what life throws at me Sunout Workout and I adjust and keep on improving! Life changing program for me!”

“What started as coaching around communication became a much deeper experience of emotional awareness, accountability, wellness, and personal growth. Lyric brings a grounded, compassionate approach that feels practical and real. Alongside relationship and mindset work, we also explored stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing, which helped me feel more balanced mentally and physically. The shifts I experienced felt lasting, not temporary. Harmonia feels less like coaching and more like learning healthier ways to live, connect, and care for yourself.”
