“Window installation was very fast, 1 day for all but the new window. The crew were great and answered any questions or concerns I brought up. I also had the added complication of having bars on 3 of my windows. Had a bit of a snafu with the inspected window...not enough pictures were taken before it was completed to satisfy the inspector so the window had to be opened up, reinspected and closed back up. Such a hassle and extra work for the guys but everyone was great about it and it was done quickly and completed and satisfied city ordinances. I had one issue with a security bar nut and Chris sent someone out to fix that. I was very happy with the job done. The windows look great, they do help with reducing the heat...ive definitely noticed a difference. They did so well and were able to work within my budget that I hired them to make my house look as great as my windows lol The pic shows my new windows and the older design in the background”

“Scott was extremely professional, patient, and understanding.”

“Hometime Installers, Frank, Carlos, AJ, and Joe did a great job installing my windows. They were very professional, respectful and fast doing their work. Couldn't have asked for a better install team!”

“They replaced our old windows and doors with energy-saving ones. The house is quieter and cooler now. Cleanup could have been quicker, but overall they did a great job.”

“great work with responsive feedback. Eric replaced an exterior door and threshold”

“We had a sliding glass door, a large window, and a small window replaced. First, the manufacturing quality of all three were higher than what was originally installed. Our installers, Luis and Pauli, were highly skilled professionals who efficiently removed the old glass and installed the new. They completed all of the work in a day. I would challenge anyone looking from the outside or inside the house to determine that any work was done as it is seamless and up to the highest standards.Thank you Bear Windows! You have increased our gratitude since our home was spared from the fire. Our thoughts and prayers go out to so many, including friends, who literally lost everything.”
