“He didn’t try to sell us new windows though he did give us information on our style of windows and their lifespan.”

“Lee is my go-to person for managing my rental properties, whether it’s HVAC, water heaters, painting, drywall repairs, or simple plumbing work. He even helped me with a rental property out of state, taking care of almost two weeks’ worth of work. I highly recommend Lee for his responsiveness, reliability, and great value. One of the biggest advantages for me is that I don’t need to be on-site to monitor his work—I can trust him to get the job done right, which makes my life much easier.”
