“He listened and knew his stuff. I highly recommend them.”

“They did a great job. Highly recommend!”

“ROI representatives visited our home today for a free estimate for window replacement. Jerry was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful throughout his presentation. What stood out most was that he did not use any high-pressure sales tactics; instead, he took the time to explain different options and helped us understand what would work best for our needs. We found his proposal to be very reasonable and appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to the process. Based on our experience with Jerry, we decided to move forward with ROI for our window replacement project. We look forward to the installation and are confident that the same level of professionalism, quality, and customer service will continue throughout the entire process.”

“I appreciate their hard work, this company is all about doing their job, and it was extremely pleasant to experience.”

“Brennan at Green Energy was very responsive in giving us an estimate for our sliding glass door replacement.”

“Choosing the right company. Like most people out there who seek out companies or contractors to do their work, we wanted to find someone we can trust and who will listen to our needs and come up with a solution that makes sense. Furthermore, I would want to do business with someone who looks out for my interests and recognizes a potential problem and is willing to address it versus turning a blind eye. Finally, when I sat down to write this review, I honestly say that I did not know what I could add to the many positive comments from satisfied customers. After much deliberation, I realized that I didn’t need to provide any potential customer with some unique fact or detail about my wonderful experience working with Paul and Innovative Home Improvements. Instead, what should be evident to anyone that reads this review or any sample of these reviews is a level of consistency that Paul and his company display on a daily basis – an honest commitment to excellence by providing their customers with trusted advice and value added solutions. ”
