“Zach is an outstanding provider of cable/low voltage/network cabling services. I hired him to jack existing ethernet wiring and he went above beyond the call on troubleshooting faults and providing new RJ45 wall plates as needed. His professionalism clearly set him apart from other service providers. Highly recommended.”

“He was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable and solved several problems I was having that were very tedious. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it.”

“Tyler was in the area and stopped by earlier than scheduled. He had the problem with the wiring fixed quickly. I highly recommend Howe electric for all your electrical needs.”

“He called to say he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again.”

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about Greg and my experience with Mr. Electric. Five stars doesnt really cover it.From the moment Greg arrived, there was something immediately reassuring about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but just as importantly, he is genuinely kind, patient, and trustworthy. When you have someone working on the electrical system in your home, trust matters enormously, and I knew very quickly that I could trust him. What impressed me most was the amount of time and care he took with our situation. He didnt rush in, make assumptions, or treat us like just another appointment. He listened, looked at everything carefully, explained what he was seeing in a way we could actually understand, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. He noticed things beyond the immediate reason we called and took the time to make sure we werent covering up potential problems before our ceiling was closed back in.There was no feeling of being rushed or brushed off. He stayed far beyond what I ever would have expected to make sure the job was completed correctly. Greg treated our home like it mattered to him, and that is incredibly rare.Beyond being an excellent electrician, he is simply a really good person. That came across immediately and only became more obvious the longer he was here. His work ethic, patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for doing things correctly made a stressful situation feel completely manageable.I can say this without hesitation: Greg is the person I would call for any electrical work in my home from now on, and he is the person I would recommend to anyone I care about. I would trust him in the homes of my family and closest friends without a second thought.Mr. Electric has an exceptional representative in Greg. We were incredibly fortunate that he was the person who came to our house, and they have absolutely earned our future business. If youre looking for someone who knows what hes doing, takes pride in doing it right, and treats people with genuine kindness and respect, ask for Greg.”

“Zach was quick to respond to my request and was very flexible with scheduling. He quickly completed the project to replace a ceiling electrical box and install a new light fixture. A clean and efficient job. Thank you, Zack.”
