“Lynell was the most professional and informative technician that I met for my mini split project. He did not attempt to sell me a unit like one company that came out to my home (Cool Guys Heating and A/C). He observed my situation and let me know the right way to do the install. He updated me on every step of the mini split install. He was on time and ensure that I knew what he was doing before it was done. He had all the parts needed to make the mini split operational. I am recommending him for all jobs. Lynell did attempt to upsell their work or coerce me to buy products that I did not need. Lynell is a top notch professional and my go to for all AC service in the future. Avoid all these other AC guys on Thumbtack. CALL LYNELL AND AIRFORCE ONE AC service!!”

“Adrian from Edsel’s Heating and Air showed up for the appointment on time and diagnosed and resolved the issue with the AC unit quickly. His estimate of the repair charges were fair based on the time spent. Will definitely hire them again.”

“10 stars for DeVonte!! Friendly, polite, hard working, honest, and deserves a raise! My AC unit wasnt working so I got another company to come out and diagnose the issue They wanted to charge me an absurd amount. I told them to kick rocks and found One hour heating and air conditioning and couldnt be happier.DeVonte explained everything to me and was honest about the condition my AC unit is in and did not try to sell me services I did not need. He also explained what I can do to prevent these issues in the future.I paid half the amount their competitor quoted for the same service, and on top of that, One hour heating and air conditioning will come out in 6 months and perform maintenance on my unit.I will be using them in the future.”

“Greg's installed an electric heat pump for us, ,and it's working great.”

“Under Texas heat, having HVAC professionals who answer promptly and are able to service the machinery at the same day is priceless. Priceless. X-Tech is this company.”

“Very impressed with this company. They responded quick and were able to get a technician out within a few hours. Got my HVAC unit up and running within 5 hours of first contact. Luis did a thorough job explaining some different repair options and maintenance. Very happy that I used their services”
