Andrew Chappell says, “Very impressed with this company. They responded quick and were able to get a technician out within a few hours. Got my HVAC unit up and running within 5 hours of first contact. Luis did a thorough job explaining some different repair options and maintenance. Very happy that I used their services”
ANGELA B. says, “Overall an outstanding experience!! Mr. Lenell was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and he had the parts with him in his truck to repair my AC right them. He did a thorough assessment of the AC unit and noted a minor item that at this time didn't need replacing. He also replaced the air filter for me, which I appreciated because my AC vent is in the ceiling and I have 14 ft ceilings that require getting on a large ladder. The price that he quoted was very reasonable. Overall, I will use Airforce One again for any HVAC issues and I will gladly refer them to my friends and family.”
Sumeet S. says, “Adrian from Edsel’s Heating and Air showed up for the appointment on time and diagnosed and resolved the issue with the AC unit quickly. His estimate of the repair charges were fair based on the time spent. Will definitely hire them again.”
Erika D. says, “I couldn’t be more appreciative for how quickly we were able to work with one hour AC. We had multiple teams come out the same day from other companies to give us quotes and one hour was not only the most prompt but was able to get the repair done quickly. Our technician Jacoby was incredibly kind and was the only company that helped try to get airflow going at all instead of just trying to sell us a new unit. We knew that we needed a new unit, but we appreciated Jacoby going the extra mile to try to get us some air for the evening. We agreed to move forward with a new outdoor condenser and Jacoby then spent the evening looking for the one that was compatible with our indoor air return. He called us after business hours to let us know he could not find the correct condenser and that a change would have to be made to our indoor unit, he wanted us to know before the next day when he was supposed to arrive with the unit. I feel he went above and beyond to try to get us air as quickly as possible, and with three young children in our home, that was really appreciated. This was not the least expensive quote we were given, but I do feel that we got the best quality and the quickest response and repair. The repair team even covered up our carpet very first thing to make sure they were not dragging dirt into our house. They were also very respectful of our baby gate keeping it closed to make sure our baby didn’t go up the stairs overall I’m really happy with the team and felt that we were taking care of. move”
Tricia H. says, “I am a personal assistant to a family who also requires me to manage properties that they rent out. One of the tenants contacted us and notified that their house’s AC unit kept shutting off on a very hot day (hence very time sensitive for me to resolve the issue fast). I called around and contacted numerous companies on that were known for repairing air conditioners, etc. and New Generation Air rose to the occasion! They were the most thorough, responsive, and patient with our situation to the point where we will not be going to anyone else. I would highly recommend this company, as they do what they say they are going to do and integrity is hard to find in any company nowadays! Again, we will not be looking for anyone else going forward, as they earned our trust! Thank you New Generation Air, Daniel, & Angie for showing us how things should be done!”
Lauren B. says, “Quick response and got my a/c fixed same day. Would recommend”
Mohan K. says, “Had ola tech repair my HVAC, the technician explained everything upfront, did a complete diagnosis, identified that the capacitor and the conductor needed replacement and fixed the issue after we gave the go ahead.”
Cesar Tabarini says, “I had Jay come by to do an HVAC and water heater maintenance service.I am very pleased with the service provided by Jay and his company. All StarHe was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained in detail everything that he had done and advised on what needed to be done.Again, I am quite pleased with the service and I am sure Ill be using them again.5 STARS”
