Met with the team. Great gentlemen. Right now I am working on completing some loose ends but will likely be working with this company in the future. Learned a lot and felt at ease with the professionalism and work.
I contacted at least 4 other 5 or 4.9 star rated companies and Justin was the most responsive. His initial contact with me was a great rundown of his services and fees instead of just exchanging emails. When I met him in person he was the most professional of all that I interviewed. He was pleasant, straightforward and upfront about my options. He made great recommendations and listened to my concerns. Justin is definitely deserving of his 5 star rating.
The only reason I am writing this review is because I hired Justin based on the reviews he has here. It’s been a huge disappointment of working with him in my case, unfortunately. I really needed a person I could trust to act on my behalf as I am not in the country - it was a bad choice as a result he just suggested me he quits and let’s separate in a friendly manner after more than 3 months of doing nothing… These are my honest comments on his work: + he was punctual for the first meeting (and I think that was the only one), quite fast in organizing photographer for the photoshoot and providing a link to the photos, he is a pleasant person to talk to in general, nothing was broken or stolen or damaged inside my house in any way or form - his payment is the highest on the market for absolutely no reason (he charges 1 month rent for finding tenants), he hasn’t shown my property personally not once - he installed a lock on my door and gave code to other realtors who wanted to see the house, he does not respond to messages even within 24h…, very unprofessional- before even coming to meet me he stated that rent price is too high sending me an email with houses available in the neighborhood for half price (the comparison was with some shags, 1/3 size of my house etc - it was a serious red flag, but I trusted reviews I read here(((, I had professional carpet cleaners and washed floors everywhere else myself and Justin has assured me that he will place “shoe covers” of some sort at the house without a problem - only 3 months later after my husband suddenly visited the house Justin said he “forgot about that”. He lied to me from day one about the number of house showings - I had to suggest that it was “his realtor” who lied to him and provided him photos of people who have entered my house… at last he refused to provide me link for the review here because he said “the job is done” and I can’t leave review anymore and that I had my chance on June 16,2025 when he asked me for a review right at the beginning of our unfruitful cooperation. Btw, if you wonder there were 2 (two) showing in 3 months. I would not recommend Justin’s professional services, especially if you are out of the country! I can provide proof of every word I wrote here.

In this era of economic uncertainty where real estate deals has taken a hit, Justin remained confident in his ability to lease my place out within a short period of time and he sure delivered!
