“The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely hands-on, which makes a big difference when it comes to real estate and property management. They communicate clearly, understand the DMV rental market, and make the process feel organized from start to finish. What stood out most was the personal level of service you feel like youre working with people who actually care about protecting the property, finding the right tenants, and making things easier for both owners and renters. I would definitely recommend Elevate Realty Solutions to anyone in the DC, Northern Virginia, or Maryland area looking for reliable real estate or property management support.”

“That night, in tears, I posted to Thumbtack seeking a new property manager. Justin was the first person to respond. Since then, he and his responsive, responsible, professional, and warm team have put energy, efficiency, and true care into (actually) renovating the property, getting the necessary licenses from the city, etc. They have gone above and beyond in many instances. As someone who is a part owner of a small company, I believe I have a unique lens here, in that I understand the importance of a good leader making or breaking a company and its culture. Justin is a good leader. He has a wonderful team. He is a perfectionist and dogged, but also caring and giving with his colleagues, and in turn, they reflect this in their fastidious work ethic and kindness. They are fair, direct, and transparent. I could go on but the last thing I will say is this. Justin has far, far bigger projects than mine. Still, throughout this odd experience, he has been but a phone call away, navigating issues in a clear, driven, and hopeful manner. I am thrilled with my new tenants. I am thrilled with the beautifully updated house, and none of this could have been accomplished without Justin and his team.”

“Top-notch communication and follow-thru - not sure how it could be better... Thanks for letting us know about ROI Property Management”

“He helped us to prioritize upgrades to our house to maximize our sale price. He knows the area so well and is on top of the sale trends. We were able to sell our house for above our asking price within two days of putting our house on the market, and without Brian’s excellent work and guidance, we would never have been able to move to our new home so quickly and easily. Thank you Brian!!”

“They're a refreshing take on property management. I definitely will be using them again in the future.”

“Katrina was helpful with recommendations for maximizing the value of my former property. I largely enjoyed using the apps provided for online form completion and submission. She deftly handled any of the inevitable speed bumps that occur in a RE transaction, culminating after several weeks in a pretty smooth Closing process. My overall experience with Ms. Portes was quite positive.”
