John was extremely responsive to our inquiry and patiently answered each and every question I had. He offered professional advice based on his years in business about property rental matters that I never thought about which. I greatly appreciated this. They seem to be a very ethical, customer focused and good company.

Reviews
We just signed with ROI so we don’t have much experience but they were great to work with so far.
ROI was very responsive and very helpful. I look forward to working with John and the team for the forseeable future.
I highly recommend ROI Property Management without hesitation. They seamlessly handled the entire process, securing a fantastic tenant for our property within just one month. Thanks ROI for your exceptional service!
Compelling sales pitch but continually underwhelmed on service and communication throughout the time they were managing my property. Slow or non-responsive to messages, didn't follow through on tasks they agreed to handle. Tenant also complained of lack of responsiveness. I spent almost as much time managing and following up with the property managers as I would have spent managing the property myself. On the plus side, minor maintenance issues were handled at a reasonable cost.
We have worked with a number of property managers over the years and ROI is impressive. They have built a top reputation for a reason and we feel lucky to have found them. Highly recommend!
John and his team have been really responsive. I highly recommend.
Ended up not using a management company to rent our single property, but would have gone with John if we had.
ROI Property Management has been great to work with since my first interaction with their company. Everyone I've worked with had made the process of getting my home rented out as smooth as possible. I look forward to continuing to work with them over the next several years
Top notch communication and follow-thru - not sure how it could be better... Thanks for letting us know about ROI Property Management
