Warm and friendly service. I go the extra mile in service to the customer. For example - If it's a hardware issue and they need hardware purchased, I don't charge them extra time for going out to purchase the item. I only charge for the time I'm actually working on the issue. Meeting new people.

I hired him to install and fine-tune two routers. Unfortunately, instead of improving the setup, one of the routers stopped working during the service. He then claimed there were other faults with the equipment that I do not believe were accurate. In the end, the problem was not resolved. I had to purchase another router and complete the installation and setup myself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I expected professional troubleshooting and installation, but ended up spending additional time and money fixing the situation on my own.
