“Contacted James when our computer was infested with continuous pop-up notices of dangerous viruses and/or other attacks on our computer. James responded within minutes, came to our house and cleaned up our issues, and several others that we didn't know about, within an hour. Excellent work, thorough knowledge of his field and super personality. I recommend James highly.”

“Abhi has a vision to help older folks that still use computers, tablets and phones to have a worry-free experience. He was able to assist my uncle in troubleshooting a pc issue and helped us navigate a new purchase and his unique remote support subscription. Abhi has integrity and I trust him completely with the support of my uncles system. Being two states away his assistance has been such a tremendous help to our family”

“Words can not express the gratitude I have for this organization. While I was looking for a tech to travel to my home to fix my computer, this organization convinced me o let him look my computer remotely and was told there would be no charge if he couldn’t fix it. He not only fixed the problem by found multiple scams that had been downloaded and effecting my performance. I’m so happy with the results that I had him leave an icon on my computer for contacting him in the future should the need arise.”

“The technician really helped me get my computer's software problem under control. He was very good to talk with and explained everything I needed to understand. Thank you!”

“Dean set up my new computer and its working well. His rates were very reasonable and he didn't charge for travel to my house. He was easy to work with and certainly knew his stuff. I'd call him again.”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”
