Dave from Pest Pro was incredibly effective at removing the groundhog from our backyard. It was a tricky, challenging situation. We consulted other companies, but none of them were confident in a clear strategy to get it out. I recommend this company 100%, Dave the exterminator was available, with great customer service, Dave listened to my issues then came out quick, he cleaned out the nesting birds that were in my pipe, then replaced the pest guard exhaust , put a brand new vent cover to solve the problem. Great guy, with a great price you can’t find anywhere, very reliable.!
David was awesome. He found the culprit (squirrel in the attic) and where it got in. He then rigged up the remediation gate/cage and will be coming back to take the cage out and seal the opening.

I had the pleasure with working with Dave after having a bad past experience with a different wild animal removal company. In my case he removed 2 racoons from my property within days and I felt much more relaxed after he completed the tasks. I highly recommend Dave and I personally will continue to use his services whenever needed.
David came and treated a 2 family rental property on October 6th. He arrived on time and treated each unit. The 1st floor was the problem unit but I chose to get both treated at the same time. At the end of the service he informed me he has a 30 day warranty and if the tenant sees anymore roaches within the 30 days he'll come back and retreat. He also wrote allow 7-10 days for the treatment to work. His receipt says this as well. 3 weeks in on October 27th I reached out to him to let him know the tenant told me she is still seeing roaches, less than before but still seeing some. I asked for his next available day, which he told me was November 5th, still within the 30 days. After coming out to retreat he informed me because it was getting close to the 30 days that he has a service charge. To me the money doesn't matter, his tip would have been almost what he charged ($135). It is the principle. He doesn't stand by his warranty or work and it cost him more business in the future with routine maintenance treatments as well as other properties I own. In the future I will choose a larger company that stands by their warranty
Excellent service! Technician responded to my request quickly and arrived the next day to take care of the giant hornet's nest in my yard. He removed the nest from the tree, sprayed to disable the hornets and then destroyed the nest. Problem solved quickly, and I highly recommend Pest Pro!
