“After struggling with a persistent mouse problem, I can honestly say hiring this pest control professional was the best decision we made. From the very first visit, he approached the situation strategically — not just placing traps, but doing a full, detailed inspection of the entire property inside and out. He identified multiple hidden entry points along the foundation and around utility lines that we never would have noticed. He sealed every gap properly using professional-grade materials, reinforced vulnerable areas, and set up a smart monitoring plan to ensure the issue was fully eliminated. He even explained mouse behavior, why they were entering, and what preventative steps we could take moving forward. Within days, activity drastically reduced. Within weeks, it was completely gone. No scratching in the walls. No droppings. No anxiety at night. And most importantly — no recurrence. David is the real deal. Wonderful person and he is the only person to call to get the job done right ✔️. What truly sets him apart is his thoroughness and integrity. He didn’t rush. He didn’t oversell unnecessary services. He followed up to make sure everything was still secure and gave us peace of mind that our home was protected long-term. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and worth every single dollar. If you want the job done right the first time — this is the person to call. I would recommend him without hesitation. --- If you tell me: • Was it a crawlspace issue? • Did he use exclusion mesh or foam? • How long were you dealing with mice before calling him? I can make it even more laser-specific so it sounds undeniable and authentic.”

“Bryan conducted a thorough inspection, clearly explained the scope of work, and maintained consistently professional and responsive communication via text and phone calls. On the day of the job, Alexis and his crew were punctual and hardworking. They efficiently removed the old insulation, sealed all air gaps, disinfected the space, and installed the new insulation, completing the entire project in a single day.I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Attic Fanatics for their reliable service and quality insulation work.”

“I’m hoping we don’t have anymore pest issues (which I’m sure we won’t because their work quality is top tier) but if we do our first and only call is clean space! If you aren’t using clean space you’re doing it wrong.”

“Very good; fixed the pest problem and haven’t had major issues since”
