Painting job was poorly done. They had to come out twice to touch it up and I’m still stuck having to touch it up this weekend. 3/4 of my ceiling is pretty smooth but there’s a whole section in my living room that’s still very wavy. They originally finished and left dry compound on sides of the wall and base boards. They reinstalled my air vent to face a wall which obviously is the wrong way. Didn’t feel like it was done professionally. Owner said he’d come out to supervise the job the second time and doesn’t seem to have helped.

South FL Remodeling did an excellent job removing the popcorn ceiling and taking down the drywall and insulation. The team was professional, reliable, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. They kept the work area organized and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or demolition services.
First time hiring anyone to remold my house and I went from being afraid to love Ilan, Ben, and Duval. Throughout this journey it was like if we were family. They are very professional, never missed a day, so respectful. They gave me ideas how to decorate and went the extra mile to help us to cope with remodeling our house. They looked at every single detail. I am in love with the way my house looks now. Everyone who sees the changes is in love with the job. Thank you very much, excellent job. By the way we are going to miss you. 🙌🙌👍👍
Verybad job and dishonest. First signed the contract saying final price with everything included in the middle of the project while I was choosing the vanities and and flooring he notify me I have a budget when I already have stuff I had in mind. He gave me $100 credit for a vanity. What can you possibly buy with $100 for the master bathroom vanity? He having to add on charges for more "work" when we chose our vanity cause he couldn't make it work. All in all we almost spent double the cost what we signed our contract for and he make it seems like it's my fault. Second, the work. I would of been ok with the price if the work wasn't completely bad. Look at it. It really looks like he had no intentions of even trying to make it look nice and clean. This is how he left the shape of our home and wanted to get paid the final last bit of money. Trash everywhere and very sloppy work. Now I have to hire someone else that's going to cost me more money to fix this work. Our first time dealing with anything like this and it's been an awful experience. So I advise you guys make it clear with whoever you're hiring what you get for your agreed price cause this was a nightmare experience.
These guys did a terrific job. They were helpful, friendly and very good at their job. I needed my kitchen cupboards resurfaced. The men worked quickly and intelligently. I definitely will use them again if necessary.
Ilan completer the job very fast and was very responsive throughout the whole process. He did a great job with my floors.
Great paint work in our office within 24 hours, will hire again.
Excellent work and great communication. Thank you Ilan! I look forward to future projects with you.
Ilan and his crew are exceptional—a rare combo in Miami, high quality work, great value, versatile skillset, and professionalism. I needed a move out paint job but also solutions to problems after my old GC ghosted the job with a lot of loose ends. They came in to paint and stayed to save the day. Thanks for your excellent work and getting the place perfect. Run, don’t walk, to hiring this guy 🙌🙏
I had a fantastic experience with Ilan and his team! They added installation to my ceiling. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. They were very professional throughout the process and left everything spotless when finished. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the whole project was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work done right!
