“You can’t go wrong choosing Step Up Home Improvements. I spoke to Charles who is a pleasure to speak to and you can tell he truly cares about what his customers want and need. He goes out of his way to give you a quick response and quote for the job you need to have done. He really listens and will answer all your questions. I could hardly get some companies to even call me back let alone hire them but with Step Up Home Improvements you will not have to worry about any of that. We have not officially worked with them just yet but we plan on it in the near future as they do a variety of different home improvement work. At least I know when I call them Charles will give me very fair pricing and will be in communication with me along the way because Charles is a kind man and responsible to his clients. There are some businesses that you just know from the beginning are going to be wonderful to work with and Step Up Home Improvements I felt like is one of them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor to work with at any time!”

“They are punctual, keep the workspace clean and organized, and consistently deliver according to the contract and agreed timeline. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always attentive to details and proactive in communication. It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing, and it gives great peace of mind knowing they are fully licensed and insured. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality remodeling services.”

“Daniela and her crew was extremely professional and reliable. On Time. I highly recommend her services.”

“What an amazing experience to work with an intelligent and professional general contractor! We’re still in the planning phase of our project, but I already feel so confident and happy about choosing Niv. From the start, the communication has been clear, responsive, and thoughtful. Every detail is carefully considered, and I can truly see how much experience and professionalism is behind each recommendation. Niv has taken the time to understand our vision, made smart suggestions we hadn’t thought of, and have been incredibly organized throughout the process. Planning can often feel overwhelming, but they’ve made it easy and even enjoyable. I’m genuinely excited to move into the next phase of the work knowing we’re in such good hands.”

“Ilan and his team were super helpful with giving a fair quote and finishing the job as asked. I recommend him for any contractor work you need!”

“Andrew expanded a small 1/2 bathroom into a full bathroom for my 92 year old mother. The room was only 30” wide, but he made it happen! Andrew installed all the plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, and fixtures. He really listened to us and offered great suggestions. Our neighbors have already had 2 bathrooms remodeled by him and we have several more projects for Andrew. He’s the best!”
