“We were under a time crunch to sell a house when mold was suspected on the inspection. Alfonso sent a team out right away to assess the situation, do testing, and start mitigation immediately. Alex and Juan explained everything they were doing, were very efficient and kept me informed by text and calls. They left the site clean and ready to be refinished in time for the final walkthrough. I would highly recommend them.”

“Mr. Strauss was very thorough and professional, and provided a comprehensive report with good photos. He was objective in his assessment and made sure I understood the condition of the home, answering all my questions. He was available on short notice too, which is much appreciated.”

“The installers were professional and the work quality top-notch.”

“From start to finish, he provided outstanding service while installing our radon mitigation system. Lavell was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and made sure the installation was done properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in what they do, but Lavell definitely does. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we are extremely happy with the finished installation. I would absolutely recommend Lavell and Master Mitigation to anyone needing radon mitigation services. Outstanding service from beginning to end!”

“The entire team was very friendly and was impressed that they completed the work and had the basement inspected in 1 day. Highly recommend!”
