“So everyone freaked out and we called in the closest and first rodent extermination service we could find. There Green Rodent Restoration came to deal with it. They did a full check and found several nests and proceeded to remove them from the place. I was really surprised how we didn't realize their presence sooner.”

“Kevin is one of the most honest pros, I’ve had the experience of using on this platform. He is very knowledgeable, has very fair pricing and was able to catch the skunk. In the process we caught a Possum and Cat, which he released with no catch/release fee until we caught the Skunk. He gave feedback on how to seal my crawl space and showed me other entrances that I need to address on my home. I will definitely be referring him to friends/family. Thank you so much Kevin!”

“The company responded within 24 hours to my Thumbtack request and sent a tech to my house to diagnose the severity of my problem and recommend a fix with pricing. They've done an amazing job! I am VERY happy!!”

“I’ve had a rat problem for about 6 months now and I previously hired another exterminator company who didn’t help me in anyway, they just charged me and left me with the problem. I had rats get into my house and it’s been such a stressful situation, so I was at my wits end when I found Marlon. I messaged him with the issue I was having and he was here the very next day. He came and did his inspection, gave a me a really fair price for what he needed to do and walked me through his plan. He was very friendly, straightforward, and hardworking. He found and closed multiple entry points to my house, cleaned and disinfected where there was rat feces, and placed traps. He’s also been very hands on and has come back to my home to continue working and checking traps and cleaning up where activity continues to be present. Hopefully he helps us solve the problem once and for all, I have faith that he will, but so far, there are no complaints on his work. He’s brought us peace with just his work ethic and his ability to handle the situation better than anyone else that we’ve called on. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone needing help with a rodent problem. This is your guy, he won’t leave you high and dry like the rest.”

“I don't know enough about attics and HVAC systems to confidently say what needs maintenance, repairs, or replacement, so I rely on experts in the area to make an informed decision. I got inspections from a few different companies. One tried to sell me on a whole slew of services quoting over $6500, including a full replacement of the insulation and made it seem like my attic was at risk of a rodent infestation citing a zoomed in picture they say was a dead rodent. Sean of the Attic Cats did a thorough inspection and gave me a what I think is an honest assessment. He said the insulation was fine and there were no rodents in the attic (no telltale signs). Out of three inspectors, he was the only one who went to the far corners of the attic to get a closer look at things. Unlike the other company, he didn't try to exaggerate or mislead me on the state of my attic to make an easy buck. I informed him of what the other company was proposing to 'restore' my attic and improve my HVAC, and he could have concurred and given me a lower quote. I didn't end up hiring a pro at all, but just wanted to leave this note of praise here for Sean.”

“They definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.”
