“We had a ground squirrel infestation and after an inspection by Hero Pests Control found out that rats had also been using the ground squirrels’ tunnels. They gave us a quote, were responsive when I reached out to set up a time for the work, and have been back a couple times to check the work and look for new activity. We have a one year follow up contract and they have been coming out whenever we notice new tunnels as well as the regular checks they provide. They are quick to respond and have been able to come out within days of reaching out.”

“We needed a rush extermination for an ant invasion on a short schedule, the pros at Overkill pest control were able to accommodate us on a very short notice! So far haven’t seen an ant 🐜 since he’s sprayed”

“When the exterminator arrived we learned we had a raccoon in the attic. They quickly got the raccoon out, addressed the opening the raccoon used (and also addressed other potential areas) and then sanitized the attic. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a MAJOR rodent infestation at our home in a rather remote area of Sonoma county which we rent out. Luis and his team were extremely efficient in dealing with the issue and communicating with our tenant. Two enthusiasts thumbs up!”

“Incredibly responsive to calls and emails and absolutely reassured me about all of my concerns regarding the project. Have not seen anything of the bedbugs since.”

“They explained the work clearly following the inspection, didn’t try to upsell unneeded services, and were prompt and professional in getting the work done.”
