He gave us a bid for fixing the access point where the rat had gotten in and cleaning some things up down there, but also gave me detailed information on how we could do some of the things ourselves. I was so impressed by his integrity, knowledge, kindness, and friendly demeanor. He took such the truly heinous situation like of rat dying in your crawl space, and turned it into such a profoundly good one where I feel like I saw the good in humanity again. Plus my dog loved him!”
