“He spent time to uncover what was wrong with our fridge. I had the GE repair folks out prior who barely looked at the unit and gave me a diagnosis. I didn’t trust them and found Nik. He was here for hours and figured out the issue (which we never fixed). He was available to consult with me when I bought a new fridge and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and barely charged me anything! I would absolutely use him again!!”

“what amazing professional that came out to service my LG fridge. very grateful to receive honest repair work. My technician was honest to ensure my satisfaction. vry grateful I chose this company to help. Will recommend and use again when I need help. ty vm!”

“I first called another company from Thumbtack. They came five times to diagnosis again and again. charged me again and again. My refrigerator still not cool. Then I called this one, TATTYBAY REPAIR INC from Thumbtack. They quickly find the true problem and fixed it. They gave me written proposal and written promise for warranty. They came back two times after job done to make sure the refrigerator no more problems and run in perfect condition. I highly recommend TATTYBAY REPAIR INC to all of you who are searching for a reliable professional appliances repair company.”
