“We hired OT Bay to demolish and remodel our kitchen countertops, fireplace, and shower. The process was organized, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and the work turned out beautifully. They showed up when they said they would and followed through on what was discussed. We did run into a few design issues along the way — completely on us — and OT Bay was incredibly accommodating. Instead of making it stressful or transactional, they were understanding and proactive in helping us adjust the plan. Ron would often say that he wanted us to walk away loving the finished work, and I genuinely feel like he meant that. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I’m always cautious about getting taken advantage of with service providers, especially when pricing isn’t rigidly set. From day one, OT Bay was transparent and straightforward, and over time that built a level of trust I honestly didn’t expect to have with a contractor. If you’re looking for a team that communicates clearly, handles challenges professionally, and stands behind their work, OT Bay Builders is worth considering. Ron and his team were a solid choice for us.”

“We used Inspired Builders for our tub-to-shower bathroom remodeling and had a great experience with our project manager, Joseph G. We chose Inspired Builders because they offered the best options for remodeling and the fairest price; I didnt feel like there any surprises along the way. We were incredibly pleased with the overall remodel, but want to give an extra special shoutout to the tiling team. We gave them an extra challenge with hexagonal tiles, and they definitely exceeded our expectations. Joseph kept us posted every step of the way, and the team worked so efficiently. The end result looks luxurious, and Id definitely use them again for our next remodeling project!”

“I would confidently recommend Waves Remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers both quality work and peace of mind.”

“My new walk in shower from Bark and Build is perfect. I chose my own tile, fixtures, and glass panel, and the total cost including that hardware was lower than several quotes I got from shower-in-a-day companies that use prefab panels. I really appreciated that Miki was the least sales-y of all the contractors I talked to, made everything really *easy* like permits and inspections, and his team were really hardworking and very respectful of all my HOA rules. Pictures don't do justice of what a unique update this new shower is compared to the old tub setup. 100% I would recommend again and am excited think of more projects to do with Miki & co.”

“Would definately recommend this contractor!”

“As these materials are expensive, it was very important that we find good contractors that are properly insured and licensed. Together with their designer Rinat, we came up with a design that met my requirements, as well as good suggestions to improve the design and alleviate costs by introducing us to new suppliers and options. The 3D renders were very accurate at predicting what the final project eventually looked like. The project proceeded in a streamlined manner, with the only delays associated with booking appointments for city inspections and some delivery delays of materials, both of which were not the responsibility of Casa Utopia. Casa Utopia was able to coordinate and work well with our glass installers to ensure proper drainage was supported. The team hired cleaners to ensure the worksite was tidy and clean and ready for use. Communication was frequent, prompt and professional, making project execution very efficient. The construction crew of Pablo and all his team, as well as the project manager, Raz were always very accommodating, professional and hard-working. Any requests we had were responded to within a day. We would definitely consider using Casa Utopia for any future projects due to this wonderful experience.”
