“Matt worked with his elderly grandparents and repaired and replaced it permanently for a fraction of the cost.We decided to do a bathroom remodel in our older home and were shocked at the 100k price tag. My wife, via TikTok, YouTube and other platforms decided she could do it at a fraction of the price. Until we met the plumbing issues. Enter Frontline and its owner Matt. Matt cane by at a moments notice to discover the problems and immediately cane up with cost-effective solutions and gave a quote that we couldnt refuse. I might also add my wife added a few more things out of his comfort zone-an electrical add on. Instead of subbing it out, he added it in (he can do it, just not a preference of his) at minimal cost. Thats great business folks. He came as scheduled and promised and delivered phenomenal work. So much so, a friend, about to do a new residential build, saw the work, and immediately asked for his card not even knowing the value we were given. Just based upon his promise to come when agreed (it was during the ice storm) and doing high-quality work. Now my wife can continue on with her project.Folks there are far too many scammers out there. Matt is not one of them. Great work at a great price. We look forward to him coming out this summer to add a pool heater and run the gas lines to it on our 26,000 gallon pool. I trust this company 100 percent. I recommend them double that.Dr. C”

“They just completed a bathroom remodel for us in Piedmont.Like many people, most of my experiences with contractors have left something to be desired, but Alex and his team exceeded expectations. Their work was high quality, even down to the most minute aspects. I appreciated the attention to detail and even the efforts they took to clean up after the work was complete. They seem to really care about getting the job done right. There was good communication and they were very easy to work with.I am moving out of state for a two-year work deployment, but I'll be giving Alex and team a call to service my next house when we return to the Upstate. Five stars.”

“The scope and the scale of the Project was quite daunting at first as it was my first complete remodel, but working with Diana was seamless and put most of those concerns to rest immediately. This was a multiple month project and the communication throughout was excellent. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and their attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about the work that they do. I’m sure we will be using their services again in the future.”

“Very thorough, helped every step of the way in making decisions, kept the home clean, and ended with a great quality remodel. Trust these guys. Will use in the future.”

“They conveniently were able to provide a same day service. Stopped at my job and picked up my windows while passing through Gastonia and came to Shelby. Pulled out the old garage windows and trim while dropping in the new windows within an hour. Great punctuality and professionalism.”
