I was hosting a birthday party for my Mom who turned 90 in October! We chose a traditional mexican menu (my moms favorite cuisine) for a dozen guests. Chef Shi made beef enchiladas, a taco bar with beef and chicken both with grilled veggies, two types of tortillas with ALL the toppings! Her guacamole was DELISH! As well as rice, beans and I requested elote corn. That corn dish, straight off the cobb, was the BEST!! But so was EVERYTHING she made. My guests all went for 2nd helpings! Our guests all commented how delicious everything was, which made me a happy hostess. Chef Chi and her assistant Destiny showed up on time, both so kind and professional. They had all the dishes cooked and ready before our gusts arrived. They set it all up buffet style, extremely well organized. They then set the table with disposable, yet elegant plates and gold toned utensils. These ladies set a beautiful table. Our guests all commented on how lovely it all looked. I would not hesitate to hire Chef Shi in a heartbeat!! And I will hire her again next time I host a party with many gusts. Thanks for all your hard work Chef Shi!!!!! Your food made my party a complete success!!”
