“I had recently bought a new high performance computer that could not detect the GPU and after troubleshooting it myself for hours I just threw my hands up. I put a service request for PC repair on Thumbtack and within minutes Jeff had sent me a message trying to further understand the issue. He drove out of his way 30+ minutes on a Sunday night to help me get this thing running, which he did in a very quick and efficient manner. I would gladly refer Jeff to anyone.”

“He got the plotter cleaned up and repaired quickly. Will defiantly look into getting a service contract.”
