“I had an issue with my printer and was having difficulty finding someone to repair it as it was a hardware issue. I went onto Thumbtack and found Fixalize. I sent a message and within literally 3 minutes Q called. He was at my house the next day and quickly and easily repaired my printer, helped me with some computer cleanup and assisted my son with a MacBook issue. I highly recommend Q and Fixalize. It appears they have a broad and deep expertise and also have business clients so they are highly qualified. As I had not had good luck finding a competitent tech person since moving to the area, I am thrilled to have found a multi-talented tech service to assist with all our needs - and who makes house calls!”

“Rich got the job done quickly at a reasonable price. He did a good job explaining the fixes that he made. I would recommend him to anyone needing computer help.”

“Donovan is very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why”

“Very pleased I was working on a deadline and he worked quickly, efficiently, and resolved my problem. I still have 45 minutes to spare. He's my man now to keep my computer me up and running.”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“Tech-Dex LLC was quick to respond to my text message for help with my computer. He was very knowledgeable and professional. And a big plus is that he takes the time to explain your problem and his fix to your problem in very simple terminology for someone like me who's definitely not computer savvy. I would recommend Tech-Dex LLC to anyone who wants a quality job down right by a knowledgeable, and prompt professionalism person.”
