“Very friendly and computer-knowledgeable team. Highly recommended!”

“Hansel was professional and proactive. He helped me fix my old computer and set up a new one and get the right monitor for it.”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“Overall experience was good. I had a crack on my screen and he fixed it perfectly. He accidentally melted off two keys on my keyboard. But because of that he lowered the price of the repair for me since I had to buy replacement keys for the keyboard. Honestly, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things work out for both parties. He worked with my schedule for the repair as well. So overall not a huge deal and it’s an easy repair I can do at home. Just would have preferred to have paid for the screen repair and not worry about fixing something else on my laptop. I would still refer to him if I ever have any issues with my laptop physically or internally because I trust him.”

“Working with Mr. Medvetz has been as easy going as the process can get!! The man was right there whenever I had any questions and the customer and web service he’s provided is top notch!!”
