“I received a response seconds after I submitted my request on Thumbtack. Tanner immediately began troubleshooting my computer issue. He was courteous, patient, and persistent while addressing the issue virtually. His fee was very reasonable and he will be my go to Tech for future computer problems.”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“No matter what kind of glitch I have with my cell phone, computer or TV, PC Hero (Wade) always knows what to do to fix it. He is patient and understands that people have different levels of familiarity with new technology.”
