“I couldn’t get into my computer because my PIN just wouldn’t work. Call Louder LLC got me back up and running, set me up with a new PIN, and brought my Windows 11 up to date for the first time since 2022. They did a mighty fine job, and everything’s working just as it should. Sure appreciate good service like that! — Larry Morrison, Albuquerque, NM”

“I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was able to help me when no one else could. I definitely recommend his services!”

“This is the guy I will call whenever I need computer help. Absolutely the best.”

“Honest evaluation and information. Dan looked at the computer and tested a few things to see what the problem was. As it turned out I didn't need a repair! Appreciate that he was honest about it! If you want integrity in a computer repair service, you don't need to look any farther! Thank you Dan!”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“No matter what kind of glitch I have with my cell phone, computer or TV, PC Hero (Wade) always knows what to do to fix it. He is patient and understands that people have different levels of familiarity with new technology.”
