“We highly recommend the Inspired Builders team.During the design process, David and team provided great advice on the layout. Their in-house designer, Nicole, helped us bring our vision board to life. Nicole was with us at every store to pick materials and advise on decisions. The onsite crew, led by Fernando and Walter, were professional, responsive, and highly detail oriented. They were very organized and punctual with their daily schedule. We appreciated how they walked us through every phase of the project before installation began, and they were respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They were collaborative partners, highly responsive to communication and questions, and very transparent with the work. We love our newly remodeled bathroom.”

“If you're on the fence about a full house remodel, just call OT Bay Builders. We were living out of state during the whole project, which is terrifying when you're trusting someone with your house. Yotum Vezumuski and team earned all our trust. They sent video updates every week, kept everything transparent, and coordinated 4 different crews at once - kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint - all working in sync. Breanna Magar was our main point of contact and she answered every text within minutes. There was never a day where we wondered what was happening. Scheduling was perfect, workmanship was top-tier, and the final walkthrough had zero punch-list items. We flew back, walked in, and the house was perfect. Not a single thing to fix.”

“The new deck and new concrete floor look amazing and I will hire them again for more work in our front yard.”

“We interviewed a few contractors and chose Impact Pro Construction for pavers in our backyard. The work was well planned and the finished space looks clean and solid. Overall a good experience.”
