“Sea Renovation just completed a deck project at my house. First, I met with Tom, who discussed design, cost, and available products. He attentively listened to my preferences and offerred helpful suggestions. All aspects of the project were discussed upfront, including payment, scheduling, and product selection and availability. I had received estimates from other companies and their quoted price was competetive. After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects!Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!”

“I would highly recommend Cara and her team at CLR Construction. It was a pleasure having them work on my deck replacement. On the initial visit, they came with product samples and several positive suggestions and followed up with details and competitive pricing. I am glad I selected them for my project. The crew worked long hours to keep on schedule. Work was done well and the cleanup was excellent. It is an excellent company.”

“Alex and his team did an amazing job with renovating my house. I was really impressed with their attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, ongoing recommendations, reliability, transparency, and timeliness with executing this large project. Every aspect of the job from replacing the floors to painting, refinishing the kitchen, bathroom vanities, to updating the deck and garage came out just beautifully. I also appreciated Alexs advice on various options and opportunities to find cost effective, timely solutions to every problem. Alex was always available to answer any questions and oversaw every detail, to ensure stellar quality. To top that off, the entire team was just a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional crew. I am very happy with the end result of the project and would highly recommend Alexs company for a home project of any scale.”

“Covered deck off the kitchen in Bothell. Probably one of the better things we've done to the house. I can finally grill when its raining which around here is basically all the time lol”

“The people at Expedeck were great to work with, from start to finish. The owner, Peter, was involved and responsive. We are very happy with how our deck turned out and have received lots of compliments on it. Love the Deckorators product. Highly recommend!”
