“Rios and his team went above and beyond to remove a large amount of mixed-use trash from my property. From my first phone call, he was polite, responsive, and knowledgeable, with competitive pricing. He checked in the day before our appointment, arrived right on time, and worked efficiently. I’ll definitely be using his services for future projects!”

“Super quick to respond, very punctual and professional for the work, and great value. If I have more demolition, I'll definitely hire again, 10/10”

“Response time was great, came out same day to give bid. Job was completed within a week and a half.”

“He did a great job. My carpet looks a shade lighter and my kitchen tile has never looked better. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.”

“Highly recommend. We had a big cleanup job where our property vegetation was impeding a heavily used public sidewalk on a very busy street. It was too much work for us to handle physically and Perez Landscaping did such a thorough and awesome job. Now I don’t have to worry for a long time and it looks a million times better. Great and reasonable rate!! Will definitely hire again.”

“Probably the best landscaper team! He was super friendly and customer service was outstanding. I took a look at his previous project on Thumbtack and I liked one of it. So I asked him to make similar. He did a great job and he understood exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with the quality of my backyard. In addition, His team always got on time here during the construction for my backyard. Also they were polite and professional. I highly recommend him!”
