“** Excellent Work on Our Bonus Room Remodel — Highly Recommend! ** We hired MD Construction to remodel our bonus room and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. From the beginning, Melvin provided upfront, transparent pricing — no surprises, no hidden fees — which immediately gave us confidence we were working with the right team. The crew showed up when they said they would and kept the project moving at a great pace. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself — everything was done with clear attention to detail and craftsmanship. What really set MD Construction apart was their flexibility. Mid-project, we decided to relocate the bathroom and reconfigure the bar layout — changes that weren't in the original contract. Rather than push back, Melvin and his team accommodated both changes professionally and came back with a very reasonable cost adjustment for the extended scope. That kind of customer-first attitude is rare to find.”
