“Our bathrooms needed a major upgrade, so I reached out to three contractors for quotes. After speaking with each of them, I ultimately chose Daniels team at Clarity Construction. While they werent the cheapest option, Im very glad I made this decisionwere extremely happy with the results.The process felt well-organized, almost like a technical project with distinct phases: design and implementation. Once the contract was signed, we were added to a WhatsApp group with the entire team, which made communication easy. Responses to questions were always prompt. Jael visited during the design phase. Daniel and Kobi also visited multiple times throughout the implementaiton phase to check progress and address any issues that came up.Our designer, Jael, was wonderful to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, answering all my questions and helping me visualize the space through renderings. She also accompanied me to various showrooms to select the right materials. As with any renovation, things changed once the walls were opened and designs took shape, but Jael guided us through adjustments and minor alterations until the very end.One example: our master bath wall couldnt accommodate a recessed medicine cabinet, and the surface-mount version took up too much space. We had to reorder mirrors, and the crew kindly removed and reinstalled them. Kobi even went out of his way to pick up the previous mirrors and help return them to Home Depot.Daniel handled challenges with calmness and respect. For instance, the backsplash in our guest bathroom initially wasnt high enough. I dreaded redoing all the tile behind the vanity, but Daniel suggested adding an additional four inches of tilea simple, elegant solution that preserved both aesthetics and functionality.For shower doors, Clarity installs premade models at no charge, but since ours were custom, they provided excellent referrals, and were very satisfied with the outcome. I also wanted to replace the old master bathroom window, and again, they connected us with a great window company. Their crew even helped install it without any extra cost.Kobi is a genuinely warm and thoughtful project manager. Both he and Daniel responded quickly to our questions, even during evenings and weekends. Their customer service is exceptionalboth objectively and from our personal experience.The foreman, Jose, was also patient and accommodating. I had second thoughts about placing a small cabinet near the master bathroom doorway, and he helped move it to the garage, reinforcing it so it could function as a nice standalone cabinet instead.From start to finish, Clarity Construction demonstrated that they truly care about their reputation, the quality of their work, and above all, customer satisfaction.”

“Their bid was on the low side compared to the "Palo Alto prices" that I received from some of the other contractors. Some contractors come in with arrogance and cologne and give you imprecise estimates or "maybe if you are lucky we will work with you" attitudes, or get mad when you ask for details on their quotes. Lorena and Ben were friendly and answered my questions with patience, and seemed trustworthy. They didn't have a long history or local references, so I did want to check references, which checked out great. Contracting was easy. We changed a few window sizes so needed architectural signoff for our permit. If there was one weakness it was this process as their designer made some measurement errors that slowed us down - but we did get the drawings done and the permit issued (and they do have other designers they work with). Once the permit was issued and building started, TechLine went to town with A+ performance and attitude. They were very competent, showed up every single day, worked fast, and were respectful and friendly with all questions and unexpected things that came up. I tried to visit the house every day or two to make sure things were as I wanted, and TechLine was fine with this. It helped move the project along and answer any questions quickly as they came up. I am thankful they were gracious about this oversight because I could see some contractors feeling cramped with this approach. For me, it really ensured the project turned out how I wanted it. We added to the project as we went when we saw opportunities, and they were always reasonable in their pricing and fast to execute. The end result is fantastic - the house is airtight, the finishes are just what I wanted, and we're very happy with it. Re: timing, we had to move out and were worried about doing construction during the rainy season, so we wanted it done fast. The whole project was done in 3 months as promised, even though we added to the scope as we went. My neighbors were amazed by how fast it went, and one neighbor subsequently hired them for a project. I did hire a separately licensed electrician to do the rewiring, which I was not so satisfied with, and probably should have had TechLine do the electrical too. Overall, I highly recommend TechLine. Thanks to Lorena, Ben and Jose and team for helping us make our house so much nicer. I would definitely hire them again.”

“We hired Gilor Remodeling Group after interviewing 6 contractors. Our project: a full kitchen and bathroom remodel (including removing walls), level 4 smooth paint throughout, new hardwood floors in the whole house, and a fireplace remodel. We chose Gilor because founder and project manager Or Haim personally ran our project and had far more experience than the other PMs we met.Kitchen: For our ground-up remodel, Gilor worked closely with our architect before any work began, which made a huge difference. Our kitchen designer commented that the structural support and framing were clearly done right, which was critical for our recessed, flush load-bearing beams. They were meticulous with electrical and with re-routing gas and water lines, and added blocking for our cabinets and appliances before sheet-rocking. They verified wall cabinet heights with our designer and measured every appliance, so our counter-depth fridge sits perfectly flush. They even proactively adjusted the window height after spotting that our countertop would have ended up above the sill. That foresight saved us a costly fix.We had many high-end installs: recessed outlets, a touch faucet, an in-line attic vent hood blower, a microwave drawer, a reverse osmosis system, smart dimmers, and Fittes/Aria vents. You need a contractor who knows his stuff, and Gilor did. The 2-inch mitered bullnose countertops, island waterfalls, and counter-to-ceiling backsplash look beautifully clean.Bathroom: Ultra-large 48-inch tiles, epoxy mitered niche edges, a linear drain, a smart toilet, a floating vanity, and relocated plumbing. The result is stunning.Fireplace: Gilor covered our dated brick with seamless mitered 10-ft porcelain slabs, replaced the aging gas line, and installed a remote-controlled gas fireplace.Craftsmanship: The remodel took 7 months, longer than expected, but the quality was outstanding. The on-site team (Jesus, Gilbert, Joel, and others) was easy to communicate with and cleaned up daily. Gilors in-house fabricator made the seams on our waterfalls invisible. Their hardwood installer laid ultra-wide 9.5-inch floors that stayed straight across 40 ft when we checked with a laser.If you want a contractor you can trust to work independently, deliver quality, and keep experienced project managers on-site daily, look no further. We would hire Gilor again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.”
