This took several visits and two snakes. Success saved us thousands of dollars to tear up the slab and replace the pipe. He was very persistent and a pleasure to work with.”

Lynn M. says, “VERY good about cleaning up after the work. I look forward to having them back for more work. Lynn Maguire”
David Rainton says, “I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the excellent service that I received from Drain & Water - and in particular Axel. They completely deserve their 5 stars. Axel was amazing. I have rarely encountered the level of prodessionalism and attention to detail that I received from Axel. He took his time to carefully show me exactly what was wrong on the camera and then explained my options. He clearly set expectations, oversaw the work himself, and kept in constant communiation throughout by text. The crews that performed the work were equally professional. They arrived on time, kept the work site tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The reason I had selected Drain & Water was their expertise in drain repair and the range of solutions they could offer. They have the equipment to tackle issues that most cannot. All too often a drain is blindly snaked with no idea about the underlying problem. I was impressed with Drain & Water's constant use of cameras to see exactly what the problems were. They discovered a broken piece of pipe, likely from a bathroom remodel 20 years ago that had been causing a slow shower drain for decades. Snakes were ineffective but Alex got creative and suggested we use their descaling tool which finally solved the problem. This is probably the most professional and capable service company I have ever worked with.”
Maria Jimenez says, “The work was done carefully and everything was left clean afterward. They paid attention to the details, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was great . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tile and plumbing services!”
James Wu says, “Brian was very professional, fair and honest. Everything he recommended was explained throughly. I was never pressured, options were explained and given for my benefit. I was informed of who and when they were coming and if I had any questions, he or one of his staff had an answers. Job was quoted, scheduled, and completed on time as promised. We did not lose access to our home and showers at the end of the day when they started the repipe. We had water and decided on natural gas repiping done too. The whole process, including repipe, inspections, sheet rock repair and final inspection took over two weeks from start to finish but we did not lose the use of our kitchen, washing machines, bathrooms and showers. It would have been one week if we had decided to do both water and gas at the same time, but we decide to repipe the whole house gas after the water repipe, since the ceiling and walls were already open. This required another additional time line for gas repipe, inspections and sheet rock repair and final inspections. All in all Brian and Gladiator did us solid. We are very fortunate to have found them to do these two major work on our home. Thank you Brian.”
Leen says, “We had a leak in our pool and Mike was relentless in finding out the source. He realized it was coming from the drain and put on a wet suit to get into our freezing cold pool to epoxy a quick fix for us until we can get the problem resolved. We were very impressed with their company and come highly recommended.”
