“Misael visited promptly came and was able to unclog my main drain after previous efforts by another company failed. Adam then joined later on to diligently explain the options, risk, and next steps to avoid a future issue. Overall they were both great.”

“He was very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will hire him for my next plumbing job!”

“The crew arrived the same day to help with a rain drain issue. They were professional, hands-on, and willing to work in the rain to thoroughly investigate and diagnose the real problem. Although they couldn’t fully resolve it on site due to equipment limitations, they provided clear, easy-to-follow follow-up instructions—and I was able to completely fix the issue afterward by following their guidance. Appreciate the help, would love to work with them again.”

“Another company tried to persuade me to replace all drains and heritage helped to solve the issue by a toilet plunger for free. I’ll definitely call them if there is any issue later.”

“I had Nick work on three different projects including installing a barn door, garbage disposal and fixing a dry wall issue. His quality of work is excellent and he left the job site super clean and tidy! Highly recommend Nick”

“VerBraken Builders did complete bathroom and Kitchen remodels for our 8 unit apartment complex in Santa Cruz. The project involved demolishing each unit's bathroom and kitchen down to the studs and removing and replacing subfloor and drywall. New tile floor, granite countertops, new appliances, and plumbing fixtures were installed. The job was done quickly, neatly, and in full coordination with other trades. We were very happy with the project, the price and schedule, and we enthusiastically recommend them. We will be having them do our next multi-family property remodel.”
