“This is the type of company you want to make business with. Ricardo was very professional and took his time to educate me as a homeowner on my own house pipes, drains and issues. He shows you the camera so you can see your home drains, and explains everything he sees through the cam. Also the scheduling system is very accurate and fast.”

“Henri was very quick, professional, and kind came out to look at the problem which did not appear to be plumbing related. Inspected the entire property for the plumbing related at work that’s needed to be done. Definitely would use in the future. Thank you!”

“I contacted Drains and Things and Mike responded quickly by calling me back in a few minutes and I was able to explain the issues I was having with what I thought was my sink disposal not working properly. He reviewed some possible options on what the problem could be and also provided some monetary costs for each issue. He was able to schedule a service visit within 2 hrs. After evaluating my sink issues, he informed me it wasn’t my sink disposal but a break in one of the pipes under my sink. He reviewed the cost to fix it and when I approved the cost he worked on the pipe and completed the job explaining everything he was doing. I was extremely satisfied and thankful Mike was available for my “Call for help”!”

“I had Easy fix conduct a quick estimate for a potential plumbing repair and he was on time and professional. He provided me with an alternative repair option which made the repair a fair price. Thank you Easy Fix !”

“Mr. Jarrett Mathis came to my home TODAY, even though it was late yesterday afternoon when I called and asked a plumber to come out and give me some estimates.First and foremost, Jarrett is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Hes also patient for customers who might not have all of the plumbing vocabulary and best practices committed to memory, but he does a GREAT JOB (1) diagnosing the problem he sees (2) he gives you different options you can choose to fix the problem and (3) he is upfront about which option will cost more so the customer can make an informed decision based on their individual budget.Im locked in to get work done after thespecific items I want are shipped from about-of-state vendor.Jarrett does a great job making the client feel comfortable and has endless patience when answering questions. He has the best customer service skill set that I have witnessed throughout a long renovation project Im overseeing. I look forward to working with him on several important plumbing projects and would 100% recommend you give him a call when you want a conscientious professional to help you with your plumbing needs.”
