“The guys completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up and left. We are so impressed with the work they did as well as how polite they were. We also appreciated the phone call from the company letting us know they would arrive at the promised time. If we need a plumber again, we’d call this company and I would not hesitate to refer Illinois Sewer and Drain to neighbors and friends.”

“Came out same day we started conversation. Solved my problem at a reasonable price. Will be my go to guy for any Plumbing issues in the future.”

“They communicated regularly, kept the workspace clean, and ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time are rare qualities in this industry. I am beyond thrilled with the final result. Preferred Estates Co turned a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, quality, and customer care, look no further. They have my highest recommendation.”

“They are the sewer superheroes”

“They even helped me clean up my stuff that had gotten wet. Thank you guys for being awesome at what you do.”
