Raphael arrived on time and assessed the garbage disposal issue which turned out was a drain issue. He was able to fix the drain quickly, he cleaned up behind himself, his work was good quality so I knew I’d hire him for other projects. He came back the next day to replace the exhaust vent in the guest bathroom. Exceptional work, cleaned up behind himself and his prices are reasonable. For what he charged to the exhaust vent I would have paid more than double that at Home Depot. If you have home project contact Sunny Construction!”

The reason the company gets 4/5 is because they use an AI bot that was sending me extra text messages and was still asking me if I needed a quote even after the job had been completed. They have real human reps but the one that handled my appointment made me feel rushed. I kept saying I did not want 8am - 10pm they were about to dispatch at 8:30. Then we agreed on 10am - 12pm. They called again and said if they stop by in 18min? I said no closer to 12pm. They dispatched at 11:30am. All in all not a bad experience but there's room for improvement. Again, Krista was awesome!”
