“First time using Mother. I had a clogged kitchen drain when I had dumped whole food pieces down the garbage disposal which caused water to backup. I tried fixing it first but p trap was tricky and a lot of water was leaking out so I left the job to the pros. I was hoping for a Saturday appointment but they were able to come Sunday morning. Tech Krista Bagsley did an amazing job! She found the root cause and within 30 minutes the clogg was cleared. She gets 5/5 stars for me. The reason the company gets 4/5 is because they use an AI bot that was sending me extra text messages and was still asking me if I needed a quote even after the job had been completed. They have real human reps but the one that handled my appointment made me feel rushed. I kept saying I did not want 8am - 10pm they were about to dispatch at 8:30. Then we agreed on 10am - 12pm. They called again and said if they stop by in 18min? I said no closer to 12pm. They dispatched at 11:30am. All in all not a bad experience but there's room for improvement. Again, Krista was awesome!”

“Anthony was persistent with the dilemma I had going on with my master shower drainage; the placement of the drainage within the framing of the house structure made it nearly impossible to work. He kept at it until it was finally fixed and resolved, thanks to him and his co worker I feel reassured I may have no worries.Military Plumbing has fixed alot of things in this fixture up house: my rescuers when my bottom restroom flooded, master shower drainage and caliber change to my shower tub when it leaked continously.Thank you”
