“We inquired about adding on to our deck for a hot tub installation and ended up with a luxurious entertaining space we will use for years to come. I was impressed with the ideas they brought forth that ended up being perfect for the job and things we would not have thought of. On top of that, they were responsive, clean, polished and professional. And we are generally super picky! We’ve already had them quote additional interior projects for our home and going forward, they will be our go-to team for any remodeling efforts we pursue. In fact, we are putting together a list! ☺️ I highly recommend giving the team at Maitland an opportunity to quote your project.”

“Had him come to do an accessment of possible damage to the ceiling in my apartment that my association insisted on me fixing, based on neighbors complaining. He did a thorough examination and told us that our place was fine. Instead of ripping us off, he wrote a letter based on his expertise to present to association. Very honorable contractor.”

“Rob was incredible in building our portico, replacing roof and installing a new big window. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and listened to any questions we had. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing. He has a great eye for design and helped design the portico exactly the way we wanted it. In designing he gave us suggestions, which we went with and turned out great! His crew was also very clean and respectful of my home, something which is very difficult to find today. There is more major reno work I want to do on my house in the next few years and Rob will always be my first call!”

“We recently had a sewer backup that flooded our basement, and the Servpro team was incredibly responsive and professional from the start. They scheduled cleanup right away and arrived promptly. The crew of three was respectful, thorough, and went above and beyondsanitizing everything, helping us dispose of damaged items, and even removing drywall and small furniture. They also gave us helpful guidance throughout the process. Truly impressed with their care and attention. Highly recommend!”
